What The Trustees Do
The Trustees are the official officers of the Epo’o Trust. They are responsible for the executive adminitration of all Epo’o business, including the execution of Epo’o’s strategy.
The Trustees have oversight of all Epo’o Projects and are responsibel for ensuring the effectiveness of the projects as well as the efficiency with which the projects budgets are executed.
Any legal or official notice sent to Epo’o Trust should be addressed to the Trustees.
Who Are The Epo’o Trustees?
Epo’o currently has two trustees in place. There are plans to expand the board of trustees as the Epo’o organisation grows in size and in the scope of its activities. It is intended that the board of trustees represents diverse professional backgrounds and a wide range of industry experience.
Epo’o Trustee: Teddy Chungu, MSc, BEng(hons), IEng MIGEM
One of the founder members of Epo’o, Teddy is an Engineer by profession. Currently working for E.ON UK as a Project Delivery Manager in the Midlands of the UK where he is in charge of the delivery and management of Electricity, Gas & Water utility infrastructure projects for newly built and refurbished developments. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southampton University and a Master of Science Degree in Engineering for Development from the same university. Teddy is also a Corporate Member of the Institution of Gas Engineers and Managers at Incorporated Engineer level.
As a member of the Epo’o Trust Board of trustees, Teddy is responsible for ensuring that Epo’o business and projects are conducted effectively and efficiently and in line with the Epo’o ethos.
