Epo'o Forum Meetings
Epo’o Culture revolves around the bimonthly meetings that the Forum hold. The Forum is the bedrock of Epo’o activities and events, and the meetings are where the major analyses are presented and decisions taken.
To enhance the sense of community and cohesion within the group, Forum meetings occur at different locations. The pattern is simple; the first Saturday of the month, every two months is an official meeting date. The hosting of meetings rotates among the membership.
Each host has the responsibility of coordinating the agenda, venue and refreshments for the particular meeting at hand.
